Any person desiring to obtain a license to operate a massage facility, massage school or similar business shall make application to the Administrator. The application fees shall be payable to the Village Treasurer at the time the application is filed; and shall be in addition to any other license, permit or fee required by this code.
(A) An application to obtain a license to operate a massage facility, massage school or similar business shall be accompanied by an investigation fee in the amount set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, bonds and insurance, no part of which shall be refundable.
(B) An application for a license to allow an individual to perform massage services shall be accompanied by an investigation fee in the amount set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, bonds and insurance, no part of which shall be refundable.
