No person licensed as a massagist shall massage or treat any person under the age of 18 upon the licensed premises, except upon written order by a licensed physician, osteopath or registered physical therapist, such order being dated and in possession of the massagist giving the massage or treatment. If the person under the age of 18 is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the massage or treatment, this section shall not apply.
