If any of the fees imposed by this chapter are not paid by the person for whom due or if a licensee shall repeatedly violate this chapter, in addition to all other remedial actions permitted by law and this chapter, the Village Council may authorize the Village Attorney to commence and prosecute a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction in the name of the village for injunctive relief and for the recovery of fees due the village.
