§ 115.14 ADDITIONAL COSTS.
   The administrator may, by rules, regulations, or orders, provide for the recording, transcription, and copying of testimony, exhibits, or other evidence received in the record and any documents in the possession or control of the Administrator pursuant to this chapter and to charge the cost of furnishing such to anyone requesting such and to require an advance deposit of the reasonably estimated cost to be incurred by such request.
