The fees set forth in this chapter are imposed upon persons subject to the requirements of this chapter and those individuals electing to avail themselves of the benefits of this chapter, which fees shall be paid to the village and credited to the general fund. All license fees, including the basic fee and late fees, shall be determined by the Village Council by resolution.
