§ 115.06 RESISTING, OBSTRUCTING OR OPPOSING CLERK.
   No person, either on his/her own behalf or on behalf of another, shall knowingly and willfully resist, obstruct or oppose the administrator in the lawful performance of his/her duties under this chapter by actions taken within the village, nor shall any person knowingly and willfully aid, abet, or encourage another to do so while in this village.
