The purpose of this chapter is to regulate outdoor advertising and outdoor signs of all types in all zoning districts. The regulation of outdoor advertising and all signs is intended to enhance the physical appearance of the village, preserve scenic and natural beauty, make the village a more enjoyable and pleasing community and create a more attractive climate.
