A. Authority: This section is adopted pursuant to authority granted to the Board of County Commissioners by Idaho Code sections 31-870 and 63-1311. (Ord. 2001-06, 3-12-2001)
B. Setting Of Administrative Fee: The administration fee to be collected by the Bingham County Assessor with respect to the granting or renewal of a registration for a motor vehicle shall be the amount of six dollars ($6.00) per vehicle.
