A. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, living or found in Bingham County, to be or to remain a person who has run away from or is beyond the control of his parents, guardians, or other legal custodian.
B. Any person violating any of the provisions or terms of this section shall have committed a status offense, and shall be punished as provided in Idaho Code title 20, chapter 5. (Ord. 96-7, 7-18-1996)
