4-3-10: HAZARDOUS WASTES; PROHIBITED DISCHARGES OR DEPOSITS:

It shall be the duty of all users of the Solid Waste Disposal System to comply with the applicable Federal and State laws governing the storage, transfer, and disposal of hazardous waste. Violation of applicable State or Federal laws relating to hazardous waste is also a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2001-01, 1-8-2001)
