A. Official Disposal Sites: The Transfer Station and Aberdeen Landfill are hereby established as official waste disposal sites within Bingham County where solid waste must be disposed of, collected, or transferred, in accordance with Idaho Code sections 39-7401 through 39-7420. B. Landfill Closures: All other landfill (and/or dumpster) sites formerly used by the County shall be closed effective June 1, 2000, and thereafter no solid waste of any kind or nature shall be deposited therein. (Ord. 2001-01, 1-8-2001)
