Any person convicted of violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each waste tire disposed, stored, stockpiled or used in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
