8-4-5: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:

All provisions of the former Title 8 of the ordinances of the County of Bingham in its entirety. In addition any ordinances which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. (Ord. 2020-10, 12-23-2020)
