A. This chapter shall have no application to tires from bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, wheelbarrows, or other muscle powered vehicles. This chapter shall also have no application to tires purchased in Bingham County which are immediately and permanently removed from Bingham County.
B. This chapter does have application as far as all other tires go, including, but not limited to, tires from automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, semitrailers, truck tractors, semitrailer combination, farm equipment and farm machinery. (Ord. 96-2, 5-25-1999, eff. 7-1-1999)
