4-2-8: WASTE TIRE ACCOUNT:

There is hereby created in the dedicated fund of Bingham County the waste tire account. Monies in the account and the accrued earnings of said account shall be administered by the County Commissioners and are hereby perpetually appropriated to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 96-2, 5-25-1999, eff. 7-1-1999)
