Bingham County currently provides a plot for burial of cremated remains. Alternatively, the County may purchase a crypt, and in such case, cremated remains will be kept in the custody of the Funeral Director until placement in said crypt. Notwithstanding this provision, relatives may keep or dispose of the remains in a manner acceptable to them. (Ord. 2009-07, 7-22-2009)
