This chapter shall be known and cited as the BINGHAM COUNTY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ORDINANCE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the issuance of beer by the drink, retail beer, retail wine, wine by the drink, and liquor by the drink licenses and licensing fees, to provide regulations; and to establish procedures for renewal, suspension, revocation or termination of such licenses. This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to counties to regulate the sale of alcoholic beverages as provided in the Idaho Code title 23. (2018 Code)
