9-3-6: ENFORCEMENT:
The County shall enforce the applicable planning and zoning ordinances in the area of City impact. In doing so, the County shall give due regard and consideration to the wishes of the City with respect to such enforcement. (Ord. 2006-05, 8-11-2006)
