9-2-6: AMENDMENTS:

The County and City shall provide thirty (30) days' notice to each Governing Board prior to amending, repealing, or adding provisions to any ordinance that applies in the impact area. Each Governing Board shall take into consideration the recommendations and comments of the other Governing Board with respect to such changes to the ordinances. (Ord. 2004-02, 2-9-2004)
