Commercial development and industrial use development in the impact area shall be implemented under applicable County ordinance with comment and recommendations from the City. All commercial and industrial development shall be required to connect to City sewer and water services if such are reasonably available such as being within one thousand feet (1,000') of existing services or in an annexable area. The City's fees, rules, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to such services shall apply. (Ord. 2004-02, 2-9-2004)
