The County shall enforce the applicable planning and zoning ordinances in the area of City impact. In doing so, the County shall give due regard and consideration to the wishes of the City with respect to such enforcement. The County shall also give due consideration to the interpretations of the City regarding the provisions of the City's ordinances which are intended to be adopted by the County as part of this chapter.
