In the event that the County or City wish to amend, repeal, or add provisions to any Comprehensive Plan and/or ordinance which will have application in the area of City impact, then notice shall be given to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to adoption of such an amendment, repeal or addition. The City or County shall take into consideration the recommendations and comments of the other with respect to any proposed changes to their Comprehensive Plans and/or ordinances. If the City or County cannot agree on the requested changes, then the procedures set forth In Idaho Code section 67-6526 shall be implemented to resolve the dispute. (Ord. 2002-08, 9-30-2002)
