A. Applicable Ordinances: Commercial development and industrial use development in the area of City impact shall be implemented under applicable County planning and zoning ordinances.
B. Review Process: The review and comment provisions set forth in section 9-1-3, "Subdivision Review Process", of this chapter shall apply to applications for commercial development and industrial use development in the area of City impact.
C. Public Utilities: All commercial and industrial use development shall be required to connect to City sewer and water services if such are reasonably available. The City's fees, rules, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to such services shall apply. (Ord. 2002-08, 9-30-2002)
