9-1-4: PUBLIC UTILITIES:

All subdivisions approved in the area of City impact shall be required to connect to City sewer and water services if such are reasonably available. The City, as an interested party in the development of the City impact area, shall have standing to appeal such decisions. (Ord. 2002-08, 9-30-2002)
