1-5-8: EFFECT OF MEASURE; MAJORITY VOTE:
Any measure so initiated by or referred to the people shall take effect and become a law when it is approved by a majority of the votes cast thereon, and not otherwise. (Ord. 98-04, 3-5-1998)
