8-3-4: REFUSAL TO FURNISH ELECTRIC POWER:

No person, firm or corporation shall furnish electric service, power or energy to any structure in the County of Bingham without first securing the number of the building permit, zoning permit or waiver secured by the owner of the structure to which service is to be furnished.
