8-3-3: WAIVER:

In the event the necessity of securing a building or zoning permit is subject to waiver, the property owner or his agent shall first secure such waiver before making application for electric service as provided in section 8-3-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 79-2, 6-25-1979; amd. Ord. 2020-10, 12-23-2020)
