8-3-1: DEFINITION:
Whenever used in this chapter, the word “structure” shall be construed to mean:
   A.   Any new building to which electric service has not previously been furnished.
   B.   Any new or used mobile home to which electric service has not previously been furnished to it on the present site of such mobile home. (Ord. 79-2, 6-25-1979; amd. Ord. 2020-10, 12-23-2020)
