Applicants shall pay permit, plan review, Mechanical, Zoning, Appeal, and Division Right fees in amounts to be determined by Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners. All fee amounts shall be maintained in a Planning and Zoning Fee schedule. All permits required under this Ordinance require fees to be paid prior to a permits being issued or any action taken, unless specified otherwise herein. (2020-10, 12-23-2020)
