7-2-7: BURYING UTILITIES:
   A.   It shall be the responsibility of the applicant/permit holder to ensure that all utilities will be buried at a minimum depth of thirty six inches (36").
   B.   The applicant/permit holder shall provide a forty eight (48) hour notice to the Bingham County Public Works Department for a County representative to be present to verify that all utilities are buried at the required depth and to assure that the required linings are installed as specified in the issued permit to use the public right-of-way.
   C.   It shall be the responsibility of the applicant/permit holder to ensure that its utilities and encroachments in the public right-of-way are buried at the required depth. Bingham County will not be held responsible for damages to any property, facility, or utilities and encroachments not buried at the required depth. (Ord. 2019-04, 2-25-2019)
