7-2-6: OBTAINING RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM PROPERTY OWNERS:

It shall be the responsibility of the applicant/permit holder, excluding public utilities, to obtain the right-of-way permission from each property owner over which their construction will cross or affect. (Ord. 2019-04, 2-25-2019)
