No person shall, without written permission of the Town Manager or his or her designee, erect, paint, post or otherwise affix or distribute any signs, advertisements, or circulars on park property. The sales of anything or the solicitation of funds or donations within any park are forbidden except upon written permission of the director of parks and recreation or designee. Such permissions shall be given upon a showing that there will be compliance with all laws and ordinances and a further showing that the activity will not injure the parks or interfere with the right of others to use the park.
