§ 32.03 VACATION LEAVE.
   (A)   Generally. Each employee with one year’s continuous service in the employ of the town shall receive ten working days of vacation each year.

   (B)   When vacation leave may be taken. Vacation leave may be taken as earned by an employee with the approval of his or her immediate supervisor; however, vacation leave is permissive and may be denied when conditions are such that the ordinary work of the town could not be performed adequately if vacation leave were granted.
