§ 32.02 HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   All town employees will receive full pay for holidays as determined annually by the Town Board of Commissioners and those holidays which are included in the town’s personnel policy.
   (B)   Employees required to work on an observed holiday shall receive compensatory time off. Holidays observed by the town shall not be counted as vacation leave.
