§ 30.01 ELECTIONS.
   (A)   Schedule for elections. Municipal elections shall be held as provided by the state’s general statutes, specifically, G.S. § 163-279.

   (B)   County Board of Elections. The County Board of Elections shall conduct the elections of the town of pursuant to the authority of G.S. § 163-284.
