(A) The special flood hazard areas are those identified under the cooperating technical state (CTS) agreement between the state and FEMA in its flood insurance study (FIS) and its accompanying flood insurance rate maps (FIRM), for the county dated January 6, 2010, which are hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) The initial flood insurance rate maps are as follows for the jurisdictional areas at the initial date: the county unincorporated area, dated August 1, 1980; the town, dated May 6, 1996.
