In the event of a violation of any provision of this code of ordinances or other ordinance of the town by a corporation, the officer, agent, or employee thereof who performs the act, constituting the violation or procures, aids, or abets the performance of such act shall be subject to the same penalties as if he or she himself or herself had committed such violation.
