The state law regulating intoxicating liquors, as expressly set out in the state statutes, specifically, G.S. §§ 18B-1 et seq., and any and all other regulations governing the use and sale of intoxicating liquors, is hereby specifically adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein
