(A) Authority to revoke. Any permit issued under authority of this chapter may be revoked for failure of the permittee to perform the work in accordance with the specifications, methods, or time limit required or approved by the city.
(B) Request for hearing; reinstatement. Any permittee whose permit is revoked may, upon request, receive a hearing before the City Council or person designated by the City Council. The City Council, after such hearing, may reinstate the permit or take any other action it deems proper.
