§ 91.44 EXPOSURE TO RABID ANIMAL.
   (A)   An unvaccinated dog or cat bitten by a known rabid animal shall be destroyed immediately.
   (B)   A dog or cat with a current rabies vaccination shall be immediately revaccinated and confined under observation for at least 30 days.
   (C)   Any animal, other than a dog or cat, exposed to a known rabid animal shall be immediately destroyed.
