§ 91.42 REPORTING AN ANIMAL BITE.
   (A)   Physicians/medical practitioners. It shall be the duty of every physician or other medical practitioner to report to the city the names and addresses of persons treated for bites inflicted by animals, together with such other information as is pertinent to rabies control.
   (B)   Persons with knowledge. It shall be the duty of all persons having knowledge of an animal bite to notify the city of said bite and to provide information pertinent to rabies control.
   (C)   Veterinarians.
      (1)   It shall be the duty of every veterinarian to report immediately to the city the location and description of any animal which is in violation of this subchapter.
      (2)   It shall be the duty of every veterinarian having an animal quarantined for a bite to submit a report to the city as to the condition of said quarantined animal on the tenth day immediately following the date of said bite incident.
