§ 91.10 BITING AND DESTROYING PROPERTY OR OTHER PETS.
   (A)   Prohibited. It is declared a public nuisance for a dog or other animal to destroy property or other pets, to bite, or chase after persons not trespassing on the property of the animal’s owner.
   (B)   Additional remedies. In addition, the City Judge may impose one of the following remedies:
      (1)   Order that the animal involved be permanently confined to the owner’s premises; or
      (2)   Order that the animal involved be seized and destroyed.
