§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever causes, erects, suffers, or maintains any nuisance or other offense prohibited by §§ 90.01 through 90.05 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99. Every such nuisance or offense, when a conviction therefor is had, shall be abated by the Director of Public Works or other proper officer, at the expense of the defendant.

   (B)   A person may also be charged with maintaining a nuisance in violation of §§ 90.01 through 90.05 of this title and if convicted of the offense of maintaining a public nuisance under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine as provided in the general penalty in § 10.99. The city reserves any and all additional remedies available to enforce this chapter, including, but not limited to, injunction, abatement, and cease and desist orders available under this code and state law.
