§ 34.04 FLAGS FLOWN AT CITY OFFICES.

Flags that shall be flown on the three flag poles located at the City Offices are hereby restricted to 1) the official flag of the United States of America and POW/MIA; 2) the official flag of the State of Montana; and 3) the official flag of the City of Big Timber, Montana. The City shall comply with orders or requests from the Governor of the State of Montana or the United States of America with respect to the position of the flags on the flag poles.
