Any medical marijuana business, located within the limits of the City of Big Timber, existing upon passage of this chapter which does not comply with the requirements established herein shall be deemed a legal nonconforming use. Any such nonconforming use medical marijuana business shall obtain a conditional use permit for non-conforming use within 90 days of the approval and passage of this chapter.
