§ 50.01 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   All matters relating to water and water usage shall be governed by the “Rules and Regulations Governing Utility Services and Streets for the City of Big Timber, Montana” and “Standards for Public Works Improvements for the City of Big Timber, Montana,” adopted by reference herein and as modified from time to time by the City Council.
