§ 73.34 OPERATION.
   (A)   The operator of a snowmobile within the city limits must possess a valid state driver’s license and abide by all traffic laws of the state and the city.
   (B)   No snowmobile shall be operated on a public street or alley unless equipped with at least one head lamp and one tail lamp, which shall be lighted at all times during such operation, and unless equipped with a suitable braking device which may be operated by either hand or foot.
   (C)   No snowmobile shall be operated on public streets or alleys of the city without at least a five-foot aerial attached to the machine with a bright colored flag near the top of the aerial.
   (D)   Snowmobiles shall, at all times, yield the right-of-way to all other oncoming traffic and foot traffic.
   (E)   (1)   All snowmobiles operating within the city shall be equipped at all times with noise suppression devices, including an exhaust muffler, in good working order and in constant operation.
      (2)   No snowmobile operated within the city shall be modified by any person in any manner that shall amplify or otherwise increase total noise emissions to a level greater than that emitted by the snowmobile as originally constructed, regardless of date of manufacture.
   (F)   Snowmobiles shall travel single file and at no time ride two or more abreast.
   (G)   Towing with a rope, chain, or cable by a snowmobile is prohibited.
