§ 73.30 PURPOSE.

Because of heavy snow conditions which, from time to time, occur within the city and surrounding areas and the resultant transportation problems arising therefrom, the City Council has found it necessary to adopt a snowmobile code for the purpose of preserving public peace, health, and safety under the terms and conditions prescribed in this subchapter.
