§ 72.05 VICARIOUS LIABILITY.
   (A)   All parking ordinances shall impose absolute liability upon the registered owner of the motor vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be no defense to any parking violation that the motor vehicle was illegally parked by another, unless it is shown that the vehicle was being used without the consent of the registered owner.
