§ 52.99 PENALTY.

   Any person violating a provision of §§ 52.02, 52.03, 52.04, and 52.05 shall, upon complaint and conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   A person may also be charged with maintaining a nuisance in violation of §§ 52.01 through 52.05 and, if convicted of the offense of maintaining a public nuisance under this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine as provided in the general penalty in § 10.99. The city reserves any and all additional remedies available to enforce this chapter, including, but not limited to, injunction, abatement, and cease and desist orders available under this code and state law.
